With a team of other runners from B&Q out to support the CF Kids of Portsmouth it will be a positive boost for all of us and raise more funds for the charity. Thanks again to you all for supporting, by taking part, in this race - in case I'm too out of breath to say it on the day!
After participating in this event last year with no real idea of what to expect I was surprised about the number of runners and the great spectators that where there to cheer the runners on. The sensible sized starting area avoids to many problems with people being held up and the finish along the playing fields makes for a fast finish.
What a great turn out - the popularity of this race meant that the entries closed in early February with the capacity of 1500 runners.
